This Digital Content License Agreement (the "License") explains your legal rights for the use of any or all digital images, videos, and related digital materials on https://www.alessiakofftun.com and related product websites and social media channels (the "Service") operated by Irbis Media Inc., ("us," "we," or "our").

Digital Content License

You are permitted to view and purchase digital images, PDFs, videos, or other course-included materials such as guides, tables or workbooks, and worksheet schedules (the "Digital Content") from this site. You are not permitted to copy, take or duplicate any Digital Content on this site without permission from Irbis Media Inc. Any use or reproduction of Irbis Media Inc Digital Content without prior agreement or purchase is prohibited.

Agreement Upon Check Out

By purchasing Digital Content from Irbis Media Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read this agreement before you download or purchase any Digital Content.

Acceptable Use and Limitations

After purchasing, Digital Content may be used for personal, non-commercial use only when it is offered as part of a Service tutorial. One person (the purchaser) may use the Digital Content for streaming, downloading, printing, personal use, or display. No Digital Content may be shared or copied. No Digital Content may be sub-licensed, resold, distributed, or otherwise made available for use or distribution.

Commercial Use

If you are interested in using any Digital Content for commercial purposes, please contact Irbis Media Inc as specified in the contact form below. The pricing and terms of commercial use will be established by mutual agreement at that time.

Any Digital Content of Irbis Media Inc, purchased or obtained from the Service, or any portion of Digital Content can not be used without consent in any final materials distributed to the public for advertising and marketing materials or any online, broadcast, or another electronic distribution system, communication, web pages, marketing or promotional materials, multimedia projects, video, graphic design projects, and general creative works, and may not be distributed, sub-licensed or made available for use or distribution separately or individually.

Grant of License

Irbis Media Inc grants you the use of purchased Digital Content (commonly delivered via tutorial download) subject to the Acceptable Use and Limitations. No rights are granted until payment is received in full. Irbis Media Inc retains full rights to its Digital Content. You may not transfer or duplicate Digital Content without the written consent of Irbis Media Inc.

Digital Content License Termination

This Agreement will automatically terminate upon failure by you, the licensee, to comply with any of its terms. If this happens, you hereby agree to destroy all copies and archives of the Irbis Media Inc Digital Content, cease using the images for any purpose, and confirm to Irbis Media Inc in writing that you have complied with these requirements. Irbis Media Inc reserves the right to discontinue the license of the Digital Content for any reason and to elect to replace the Digital Content with an alternative. Upon notice of any discontinuance of a license, you agree not to use the discontinued Digital Content further. Irbis Media Inc reserves the right to commence legal proceedings if copyright infringement has ensued from unauthorized use of Irbis Media Inc's Digital Content.
